Dead by Daylight LFG
Find Dead by Daylight teammates
Find Dead by Daylight teammates for a survive-with-friends team that shares information, takes the unhooks, and stays for the whole trial.

Why Dead by Daylight is better with a squad you chose
Dead by Daylight is a 4v1 asymmetrical horror game, and solo-queue survivors play it half blind. You cannot see whether a teammate is working a generator or hiding in a locker, nobody calls the killer’s perks, the unhook comes late or not at all, and the last survivor leaves through the hatch while you sit on the hook. A survive-with-friends team fixes most of that with one thing: people who talk.
TapTeam is an LFG app for finding that team. Your profile says how experienced you are, your platform, and whether you are on mic; posts say whether the session is a casual evening of trials or a serious push, and how many survivors the group still needs. Find a fourth for tonight or a regular team to queue with.
Dead by Daylight is playable on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and the squads people form are usually a full team of four survivors, or a duo or trio that fills the rest in queue. TapTeam handles all of those shapes — a post simply says how many spots it has.

How TapTeam matches Dead by Daylight players
TapTeam is a gaming teammate finder. It matches you with compatible players using what is on your profile and your post: the game, your skill and rank, your playstyle, whether you use a mic, the platform you are on, what you are trying to get out of the session, and the comfort options you set. After a session, teammates rate each other, and that feeds a reputation that makes future matches better. Here is what that means for Dead by Daylight:
- Experience
- Dead by Daylight has no visible rank, so the signal that matters is how long you have played and what you want from a trial. Your profile says new-player-friendly or experienced, and posts say which they are looking for, so a first-week survivor is not thrown into a tournament-style team and a veteran is not stuck teaching.
- Playstyle
- Altruistic unhooks and generator efficiency are two different games, and so are casual trials and sweaty ones. Sessions on TapTeam are marked casual or competitive, and hosts describe the plan, so the team agrees before the first chase.
- Communication
- The whole advantage of a team over solo queue is information: where the killer is, who has Borrowed Time, which generator is nearly done. Profiles say mic on, situational, or off; posts can require a mic.
- Platform
- Dead by Daylight supports cross-play between PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. Posts list the platforms in the team so you know who you are queuing with.
- Goals
- Climbing the grades, finishing a tome, learning a new survivor, or a few relaxed trials after work — put the goal on the post and you get teammates who came for the same thing.
- Comfort
- Women-focused teams, LGBTQ+ friendly groups, an age preference, and a no-trash-talk expectation are all options you set up front. Horror is more fun with people you are comfortable with.
How it works
- 1. Sign up free
- Web, iPhone, or Android. A profile takes a couple of minutes: the games you play, your platforms, and how you like to play.
- 2. Say how you play
- Rank, playstyle, mic preference, goals, and the comfort options that matter to you. This is what TapTeam matches on.
- 3. Post or join
- Post a session with the spots you need, or join one that fits. Squads get their own chat so you can plan before you queue.

Does TapTeam work for Dead by Daylight on console and Switch?
Yes. Dead by Daylight supports cross-play, and TapTeam profiles and posts list PC, PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch, so you can find a team across platforms or on your own.
I mostly play killer. Is there anything here for me?
