- Your profile carries your Fortnite rank and whether you want new-player-friendly or experienced squads. Ranked grinders and people who just want to hit a few Victory Royales on a Friday night do not have to end up in the same lobby.

- Build or Zero Build is the biggest split in Fortnite, and it is exactly the kind of preference a random fill ignores. Posts on TapTeam say which mode the squad is playing and whether the plan is a hot drop or a rotation game.

Can I find Fortnite teammates for Zero Build only?
Yes. Say so in your post or look for posts that state Zero Build. Mode is part of how sessions are described on TapTeam, so you are not guessing.
Does TapTeam work for Fortnite on Switch or mobile?
Yes. Fortnite is cross-play, and TapTeam profiles and posts list every platform in the squad, so Switch and mobile players can find groups that are happy to play with them.
Can I find a Fortnite duo partner, not a whole squad?
Yes. Posts have a squad size, so a duo session is simply a post with two spots. Trios and full squads work the same way.
Is TapTeam free?
Yes. TapTeam is free to join on iOS, Android, and the web. There is an optional TapTeam+ tier, but finding teammates, posting LFG sessions, and joining squads do not require it.
