GTA Online LFG
Find GTA Online teammates
Find GTA Online teammates for heists, setups, and sales who stay through the whole job and use a mic when it matters.

Why GTA Online is better with a squad you chose
GTA Online runs on crews, and a random heist lobby is the worst way to build one. Someone dies in the first minute of the finale, someone leaves during the setup you spent an hour on, and the player who took the biggest cut never turned on a mic. Public sessions add griefers to the list. The game is at its best with three people you chose.
TapTeam is an LFG app for finding that crew before you call the lobby. Your profile says your platform, how experienced you are, and whether you use a mic; posts say which heist or business run it is, how many spots are open, and whether the plan is a careful full payout or a quick loop. GTA Online has no cross-play, so everything is matched by platform first.
GTA Online is playable on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and the squads people form are usually duos for setups and sales, and crews of four for heists. TapTeam handles all of those shapes — a post simply says how many spots it has.

How TapTeam matches GTA Online players
TapTeam is a gaming teammate finder. It matches you with compatible players using what is on your profile and your post: the game, your skill and rank, your playstyle, whether you use a mic, the platform you are on, what you are trying to get out of the session, and the comfort options you set. After a session, teammates rate each other, and that feeds a reputation that makes future matches better. Here is what that means for GTA Online:
- Experience
- Heist finales punish a crew that has never run them. Your profile says new-player-friendly or experienced, and posts can ask for either, so a Cayo Perico veteran is not carrying three first-timers unless they chose to.
- Playstyle
- Elite-challenge runs and relaxed grinding are different sessions. Posts on TapTeam are marked casual or competitive, and hosts describe the job, so nobody joins a speedrun expecting a cruise.
- Communication
- Setups and finales fall apart without a word of warning. Profiles say mic on, situational, or off; posts can require a mic for the jobs that need it and skip it for the ones that do not.
- Platform
- GTA Online has no cross-play, so platform is the first filter: PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, or Xbox Series X|S. Posts list it, and you only see crews you can actually join.
- Goals
- A heist payout, a business sale that needs guards, a car meet, or just an evening of races — the goal goes on the post, and you get people who came for the same job.
- Comfort
- GTA Online lobbies are famous for their voice chat. Women-focused sessions, LGBTQ+ friendly crews, a no-trash-talk expectation, and an age preference are all options you set before you join anything.
How it works
- 1. Sign up free
- Web, iPhone, or Android. A profile takes a couple of minutes: the games you play, your platforms, and how you like to play.
- 2. Say how you play
- Rank, playstyle, mic preference, goals, and the comfort options that matter to you. This is what TapTeam matches on.
- 3. Post or join
- Post a session with the spots you need, or join one that fits. Squads get their own chat so you can plan before you queue.
GTA Online teammate FAQ
Can I find a heist crew of four on TapTeam?
Yes. Post a session with the spots you need, name the heist, and set whether a mic is required. People who answer already see the platform and the plan.
Can PC and console players play GTA Online together through TapTeam?
No. GTA Online has no cross-play, so a PC crew and a PlayStation crew are different sessions. TapTeam posts list the platform so you only find people on yours.
Is this for heists only?
No. Sessions can be anything you do in a group: business sales, Cayo Perico, car meets, races, or free roam with people who are not there to grief you.
Is TapTeam free?
Yes. TapTeam is free to join on iOS, Android, and the web. There is an optional TapTeam+ tier, but finding teammates, posting LFG sessions, and joining squads do not require it.
Find your GTA Online squad
Free to join. Set up your GTA Online profile in a couple of minutes, then post a session or join one that fits how you play.
